Reminders are yours alone. They are saved right here on this
phone, in this browser — they are never sent to the RG and nobody else can see
them on their schedule.
Because they live only on this phone, they can also be lost with it: if the
phone is lost or replaced, if this browser's data or cookies are cleared, or if
you open the schedule on another device, your reminders won't follow you.
Tip: anything truly important — a flight, a medication, a meeting
you can't miss — put it in your phone's own calendar or alarm too.
After the end time passes, the reminder leaves your
schedule by itself (it stays here, in this list).
Saved only on this phone — the RG never sees your reminders.

Gathering menu

The logo is shrunk and saved inside the Google Sheet itself — no separate hosting.
Event
Real times are only used to hide finished events (no end = start + 1 h). Order within a day is set by dragging in the edit list.

Send them this link. Opening it makes their phone an admin. Anyone with this link is an admin — share it privately.
Before you create
This app stores no personal information. No accounts. No emails. No passwords. Not yours, not your attendees'.
The flip side: your admin access is one key inside one link. Lose the link = lose your gathering. Forever.
There is no reset, no recovery, nobody to email.
Protect yourself: the moment you're in, use “Add admin” to mint a backup key — for a co-organizer, or simply for your own second device.
